MINI LAKERS:
Using the SMASHBALL camp as the core program, boys and girls ages 6-9 will learn volleyball learning the most exciting skill first - the Spike! This high energy, games-based environment, includes eight, one-hour sessions and is always a hit with children as they learn with our Junior Lakers coaches.

![]() LITTLE LAKERS:
This NEW program has been designed to give young volleyball players a chance to play and learn in a whole new way, preparing them for years of sport enjoyment...as Little Lakers, they will fall in love with volleyball! Little Lakers will use the Ontario Volleyball Association program, SPIKES as the core program. Young athletes ages 9-12 will develop their skills while learning how to play volleyball in a modified format.

Season runs from late October until early April Teams will meet once per week for two hours Sessions include skill development, physical literacy and league games Small number of players per team ensures athletes will be on the court a high percentage of the time The program includes a coach mentorship program for new and less experienced coaches 2018/19 Season cost - $299 |
![]() JUNIOR LAKERS:
This is our traditional club program. Athletes ages 11 - 18 will compete in a variety of age and gender specific competitive programs. Training takes place multiple times per week and teams will travel to several Ontario Volleyball Association tournaments across the province. Competing as a Junior Laker athlete is hard work, but very rewarding. The tournaments, team work, friendships, technical and leadership skills will last a lifetime! Tryout information for the next season is released during summer. Cost of the program varies from team-to-team. Check out our FAQ on the this website for more information
